cute little anecdote:

my grandfather who was the only breadbaker in town and owned his own bakery, worked hard his whole life and couldn't afford to get sick, drank 1 lemon + 2 oranges together squeezed on a daily basis

never got sick, only to stop his baking career earlier forced because of worn hips

btw he also ate a lot of bacon, and i mean lots! lol
don't know if that got something to do with him never getting sick lol
