[quote:Anonymous Coward 64574262:MV8yNjgxNDU5XzQ3MDc2MTY1XzhFREQzQ0NG] No shortage here. I go to the pharmacy and get 400ml bottles of IV saline for my IV-C and they always have plenty. Costs about $1.10 and comes in a glass bottle which I much prefer to the "who knows what leaches into it" from the plastic bags kind in the states. and some nitwit said "seawater" are you fricking out of your mind....?? Okay, so I was reading an article on ebola treatment suggestions. Anyways, it has to do with replacing, sodium, potassium, protein and platelets. Realizing that all this would need to be done by IV. I realized They would need saline bags. Earlier this year when I went to donate plasma, there was a huge shortage of saline, so they could not give it to you like normal. Even hospitals had to put off elective surgeries. I know there was articles about it as well. Further proof the government knew ahead of time about ebola.
