The price of Benson and Hedges has risen to $23 per packet of 25s in Australia. I tried a friends John Player Special and it tasted the same...except it cost $15.50 per packet. Then I bought a packet of Rothmans...also tasted pretty much the same and also $15.90 for 25.
I swapped from Winfield Blue a long time ago because they got too burny, strong, cigary. they were also same price as B and H.
Why are some cigs so much cheaper than others when they taste the same? Its not the pretty packaging anymore as they are all ugly....so why else?
