Rupert Murdoch took to Twitter tonight to defend 20th Century Fox’s new movie “Exodus” that casts Christian Bale as Moses, and a variety of white actors as Egyptians. There’s been scuffle on Twitter ever since Murdoch made his observations

Now here are Murdoch’s comments:

"@rupertmurdoch: Moses film attacked on Twitter for all white cast. Since when are Egyptians not white? All I know are."

"@rupertmurdoch: Everybody-attacks last tweet. Of course Egyptians are Middle Eastern, but far from black. They treated blacks as slaves."
