At least the French appreciate resting and savoring their meals. American kids get 25 minutes to eat lunch. With such a short period of time all they can really do is just wolf down their food without enjoying it. What is the point of American schools having such a short lunch? Lunch is just as important as the other classes...lunch rejuvenates and allows for socializing.
