[quote:Anonymous Coward 3446:MV8yNzU2NDQ3XzQ4MzM0ODg0X0VCRTgzNEND] I hope someone reads this--this happened in Pasadena, California, in and around 1979-1980. I am sorry I cannot exactly remember the year. I DO know it was summer. I DO know it was warm. And I had walked outside of my house (I lived in east Pasadena--typical American middle class neighborhood), and looked straight up to find out what I was hearing. As best as I could tell....it was two "military" sounding (later in life, I would say they were "Huey" types--that real distinctive "whoomp whoomp" sound to their rotors) copters "escorting" a third craft. Those two copters were trailing behind but in flanking positions. The craft was "silent" in that there were no other sounds. And it was dark. But I could see SOMETHING there. And these three craft were going from west to the east, parallel with the San Gabriel Mountain Range--I lived about 2 miles due south of the mountains, and the craft were overhead. I was too young to determine altitude--but...close enough to hear and determine three craft with the naked eye. I have two other things that I did NOT see--but that my father told me--and he SWORE UP AND DOWN until the day he died that what he saw was true. --Unknown time frame, but in the 60's....states he woke up one night, and for whatever reason went out on the front porch of the house he and my mom were living in (where I would end up being born in 1966), and said out of nowhere, a "flying saucer" swooped down and went flying down the street and then swooped UP and into the sky. Because we lived in the same area as CalTech and JPL, he immediately thought it was an experimental craft that they were testing in the middle of the night. Never stated it was "alien". Just thought it was military. No sound...just a rush of air. --My dad was a professional musician and traveled and toured in the 40's after college. He was an aspiring actor as well. His manager had booked him for some gig with his group, and he was in a hotel room in the San Fernando Valley after a gig. He states he was awakened in the middle of the night by a "man all in black" standing next to his bed, holding my dad's hand, and pulling his thumb back and hurting my dad. My dad struggled with the "man in black" broke free, then yelled at him to leave. He stated the figure stepped back a few steps, turned, and walked THROUGH the closed door and disappeared. My dad was PETRIFIED. Called his manager in the middle of the night, woke him up, and said something strange had just occurred. His manager, who was Christian, stated, "Well, you were just visited by a demon." Nothing more to the story and was never ever bothered again. That's it....not very interesting but these are true.
