In fact, your use of the term seem pretty juvenile. Any woman bearing the physical scars resulting from bearing multiple children is OK in my book. I sure as hell wouldn't want to do it.

I'm not knocking her for it, whatever. But yet another example of the PC police. Oh man, she is so brave for letting people see what a real woman looks like. Go to a pool in the summer, there are tons of real women that look gross.

But if you say the truth, you are a bigoted idiot, everyone is falling all over themselves to say how great she looks.

Nasty. But we all get nasty, eventually. So what? Why not just be honest and say she looks gross?
