AKA black cumin. Comes in pills and straight oil. Anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon a day will do. In the capsule form, 2 to 4 a day. I've used if for several years now. If you miss a day or a few days even, you'll still be okay. You can find it just about everywhere now... Here's the brand I've been using: http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Herbs-Cold-Pressed-Black-Softgels/dp/B0001CNL1M/
I take it or put in under my eyes?
Just internally. It's a very safe and effective anti-inflammatory. I've never heard of a side effect. I did a great amount of research before I used it. I used to use prescription pills before they became over the counter. Plus I was prescribed eye drops and an inhaler for decades. Now I only use this.
Thanks! Ill look for this also! I know alot of you on here use natural remedies for things so I thought it would be good to ask here.
Im allergic to most trees, and the pollen is really bad right now, and most days actually. My under part of my eyes are most affected. They are swollen and puffy, and dry, people think I look sick or spent the night crying :/ Im taking zyrtec but its not doing anything really, it helps the swollen passages so I can breathe, but nothing for my eyes. ANd eye drops havent worked either :/
I dont like meds so Id like to try something natural for allergies instead of trying a bunch of prescriptions :/
