Here is some of the info from other threads I saved.

To get the update, kb3045999 and kb2919355 had to have installed.

This update replaces kb3022345.

And the telemetry update is kb3068708.

KB3035583 Win 10 nagware
KB2952664 KB3050265 -> KB3065987 -> KB3075851 Win 10 update preparation code
KB2977759 KB3022345 KB3068708 CEIP/Telemetry

uninstall these updates if you have them
rescan for updates, hide them when they reappear.

KB2919355 is irrelevant to the nature of this topic. It is safe to leave on the machine, also it is win8/2012 only.

Original Message I blew away my hard drive today and re-installed Windows 7.

Windows 10 just doesn't seem like an operating system to me. It seems more like spyware. Windows 7 is far more stable than windows 10.
