Original Message Updated 9/9/15:

One of the main issues we face as a society and as individuals is imbalanced neurochemistry -- specifically, depleted neurotransmitters.

Almost everyone is suffering from some degree of "false moods" that show up as almost any form of emotional upset you can imagine (anxiety, grief, fear, depression, anger, etc). These are not "true moods" based on reactions to external circumstances. Rather they are due to imbalanced neurochemistry.

This usually happens due to low neurotransmitter levels; and this in turn is often due to poor diet, drugs, alcohol abuse, vaccines, various other toxins, heavy metals, gut microbiome dysfunction, severe or prolonged emotional or physical trauma or stress, etc.

Many false moods arise from depleted levels of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine.

Without enough serotonin we often become angry, negative, impatient, irritable, sensitive to pain, depressed, anxious, needy and overwhelmed. We often experience low self-esteem, low self-confidence, social anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, hyper-vigilance, obsessive-compulsiveness and the like.

Without enough dopamine we have no chutzpah, no get-up-and-go, no feeling of "I can do it!", and none of the focus and energy we need to make positive and lasting changes in our lives and in the world. Instead we feel apathetic, unmotivated, fatigued, moody, forgetful, unfocused, hopeless, joyless, with ADHD/"monkey mind."

While both men and women can experience low serotonin or low dopamine levels, in relationships a shortage of these neurotransmitters often shows up like this:

Women with low serotonin often become crazy and neurotic, wracked with anxiety over the littlest things, exaggerating everything, turning farts into hurricanes, and nagging the crap out of their poor spouse or significant other.

Men with low dopamine often become lazy, unfocused, low-chutzpah, good-for-nothing bastards who don't bring in enough money to pay the bills and expect their women to support them.

This can all be very easily resolved in most cases.

How? Amino acids. Google it, and check the thread I posted a while back, which apparently has helped a lot of people: Thread: Unhappy? Are You Ready to Feel Great?!! The Mood Cure: Amino Acids and Their Incredible Impact on Moods

Get the brain chemistry fixed and you've solved the vast majority of individuals' and society's false mood/emotion problems. This, in turn, will go a long way towards fixing all other personal and societal problems, because most stem from out-of-whack mind and emotions. Emotions very effectively block effective discrimination and decision making, which is why you see so many horrible decisions being made in the world.
