First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
New Years give us all a moment to reflect on the departing time. We have the opportunity to shake off all of the yuck that has appeared in our lives, on all fronts, for the last twelve months. We have the chance to brush off our pants, realign our intentions, and say "There is room for improvement"!!!
Though the world around us appears to be upside down, on a personal level we can work within our own lives to right all that is suppressing us from joy.
Let's take our well being back, let's take our country back, let's take our world back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let's refuse to give them any more power through focusing on the terror and negative that they create for us!!!
Turn off the tv, the video games, the social media, all that is false. Let's turn on the music- AND DANCE!!!
Let's post good news here. Good, random stories that we come across for the next 24 hours!
One piece of good news, I have a job to go to today. I intend to spread all of the New Year optimism I can muster up to everyone I run into today. I intend to seize my own day and offer a huge smile to others. I win!!!
