I can tell you in all seriousness that I was completely winded and out of breath the last few days- Especially 2 days ago- I couldn't even finish my workout, just huffing/puffing/wheezing- This shit is scary- REAL doom porn here for anyone on the West Coast.
Had the same experience here in SoCal 2 days ago. Felt like I was anemic or at altitude, but I wasn't. Been taking B12 pills and a dietary-change to try and compensate. Now I'm wondering if it was the MO concentration in our air as the cause. That seeming lack of O2 (that one day) in my blood, at my current level of exertion and fitness, didn't feel normal or right, not from past experience anyway. Anyone else experience this the last few days here?
Typo: I meant 'CO" concentration.
