Here's my two cents, my understanding of the elusive alchemical process. It's basically good ole fashioned catharsis. Trauma from when we are little is accumulated and stored in the limbic system. (In a perverse way, getting a bit traumatized is necessary for survival, too passive and we'd get annihilated). Later, we can reprocess/upcycle that trauma and transmute the lower denser trauma energy into LOVE by bringing it up and into the light (consciousness), through the cathartic process of sobbing or screaming the crap into a pillow. I'll link my thread that operationally defines all that a bit more. Secondly, The Artist's Way comes to mind. You basically write three pages every day of stream of consciousness. Not a diary, not supposed to make salient points, just write three pages. I tried it and after a week three massive things shifted in my life so much so that I had to stop. Very powerful. I think the author is Julia Cameron. I order the book from Amazon. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/ethical-wisdom/201401/the-artists-way-interview-julia-cameron
You don't have to do anything but listen. That's all. Just sit and listen in meditation. True knowledge will be downloaded to you of you are doing it correctly. Just be still and observe.
Yes. The knowledge above was downloaded to me when I was sitting quietly and listening:hf:
Going to the Zero is the real trick and eliminating white noise will help in the process.. yes the quiet works but for many this is almost impossible.. the Seven Breath method I posted earlier under Soul Groups will lead one to clarity on how to do this.. glad you posted.. Cameron's Journal method is legendary amongst those going through any type of stress, trauma, or shift in consciousness. Good post. Thank you! http://sanctusgermanus.net/english/The%20Basics%20of%20Soul%20Contact.html Let us call this The Seven Breath Method. The objective is to take seven deep inhalations and exhalations during which time no extraneous thoughts will stream into your mind. If you can reach the seventh inhalation/exhalation of breath successfully without any thoughts in your mind (except for counting the breaths) you have made it! However, if extraneous thoughts creep in during your breathing, you must start all over again. In the beginning, it is very common for thoughts to invade your breathing around the third inhalation. Start over again until you have inhaled and exhaled seven times without any interfering thoughts. This method can be a lot of fun and quite satisfying once you've breathed in and out seven times without any thought intrusions. You're now on your way to strong mind control.
Thanks for your kinds words and for the instructions on the breathing exercise. In a post earlier in the thread I mentioned some interesting stuff in the link about breathing. I only did a quick review of it but the general idea is to passionately imbue the air you are about to breath with an intention (like for peace) then breath it in deeply. Thought it was cool. Hey Glp,
I'm seeking some quality information on how to transmute energies. I've been doing a lot of research on this and see a lot being said about it, but I'm having difficulty finding actual techniques on how to do so.
I've worked on trying to figure this out myself for the most part. My technique is imagining the energy, emotion, etc, I want to transmute. Then I make it smaller and smaller in my mind until it goes away. After that I start to imagine a better alternative. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.... lol
I'm able to actively transmute some simple things, however, I'm quite the novice at this. Big issues of mine are still a struggle to transmute.
For example: I've learned to use some of my fear and turn it into motivation and courage instead of getting paralyzed by it all the time. This is still a work in progress. HA!
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
