A psychic told me this, it's a therapy for me.
She said it should last a couple of weeks at a minimum, preferably a couple of months.
She also mentioned it's kinda like Strider Aragorn in the movie The Lord of the Rings.
She said my incarnation in this life has barely taken place. I have like no connection to my higher self.
I have to travel to make it happen, it's like the only way almost.
I have to become interested in Nature, sunsets, the animal life, etc.
Should I do it?
And she also said that 'to incarnate in the West means to choose to become aware of the causation of your own impasse.'
