Most people get the same amount give or take, but the length of their life depends on how fast they beat those heart beats away. faster heart rate, shorter life, slower heart rate, longer life digestion is the same. there is a number of pounds of food your body will digest in your life. the number is about the same for everyone. you eat more, you burn out your digestion allowance faster
That's horseshit. I remember when some stupid blog claimed that heartbeat crap years ago. It is wrong and people who believe it are usually fat ass slackers that use it as an excuse to sit on the couch. They usually die from heart disease way earlier than if they had been athletic. On the other hand someone who runs has a consistently lower heart rate so even if that theory were true, you would live much longer by being a runner since 95% of the time your heart rate would be about 40% lower than it would be if you were a fat ass obese piece of shit sitting in front of the tv 8 hours a day.
I'm pretty sure that you are missing the point entirely. The point is that if someone exercises then their resting heart rate is lower. So yes, their heart rate is more while exercising but overall their heart beats fewer times In a day because their resting heart rate might be 60 bpm vs 85 bpm of someone who did not exercise. has anyone heard the idea that eating less is the way to the higher states of consciousness? eating lighter = lighter state of being. i read through this book earlier today and really got me thinking that this might be the answer. [
