One issue is that the link you provided is to a site that requires the user to sign up or subscribe in order to read the article.

As for the ruling of the federal judge, someone needs to explain to him/her that the definition of the word "bear" in the dictionary is "[i]carry[/i]".

As per the Bill of Rights, Americans have the right to keep ([i]have or retain possession of[/i]) and bear ([i]carry[/i]) arms ([i]weapons and ammunition; armaments[/i]).

It is a right ([i]a moral or legal entitlement to have or obtain something or to act in a certain way[/i]) that shall not be infringed ([i]act so as to limit or undermine [something]; encroach on[/i]).

Telling Americans how they are allowed to carry their weapons is an infringement of their Second Amendment rights.

UPDATE - Here's the article- [link to www.wsj.com] It's an Obama Appeals Court so, if it goes to the SCOTUS it will come back as a "no agreement" and the ruling will stand. An Open Door to mayhem before January.
