Considering what happened in Orlando, I just figured this out while walking around town this morning.  Knowing that the CIA is Balls-Deep in messing with the evil Arab world, they have to have a program as sure as shooting which makes Manchurian Candidates out of extremist Muslims.  The CIA programs them, then gives them an AK with lots of ammo, then sets them loose to go "Kill The Infidels" inside the USA, which the programmed Muslim extremist will then gladly do, especially to very bad infidels such as gays inside of a nightclub.  The assassin goes and gladly does his job, blasting away at all of the "Infidels," then saves the last bullet for himself, and then dispatches himself to Allah.  WHAT AN INCREDIBLE STRATAGEM FOR GUN CONTROL, complete with absolute plausible deniability.  Arabs do this sort of stuff anyways without any CIA MK Ultra Assassin pre-programming, such as the Fort Hood shooter, and incidents in Iraq and Afghanistan, they just spontaneously "go off" and shoot all of the Infidels anyways.
