This is just a heads up to everyone out there. I have multiple reports of these vehicles spotted from the Carolina's up and into Virginia. Many will ask the question, Are they shipping them out? Others will ask, are they bringing them In?
From what we have gathered they are headed away from the coast line, not toward any specific shipping port. There have been many of these semis spotted hauling these Brand New UN MRAPS Two at a time on flatbed. The ones in this Video were taken Near Lexington, Virginia On June 25th, 2016. They were spotted by the I-64 West Interchange.
