when the e-mail scandal broke ... Hillary had NO (official) post in the government ... she was not Sec of State - she was not "first" lady - maybe she was the acting head of the "Clinto Foundation" ... but she had NO need to know, what was in "classified documents" any more ...

and there is the answer ... WHO GAVE HER PERMISSION TO ACCESS these files ... what could she possibly need them for, when she was "retired" ... or was she acting covertly FOR the DOJ?

why is no one pointing out - the REAL TRAITOR in this scenario is the DOJ (loretta lynch) unless they can explain WHY they would give Hillary access to their Classified information

hillary wasn't concerned about geting caught - she knew that if she went down the DOJ was going to go down with her ,,, and that is something the PTB could NOT let happen, They are good with taking down small pockets of resistance, but if the DOJ ever came under investigation - that would effect the entire network of "law enforcement"

hillary became the scape-goat for the DOJ - with the promise of being POTUS --- her "crimes" could not have been committed, if she had not been given access to Classified Documents - that should have NEVER been given to her... she was not an employee of the US Government at the time they were released to her ... but they continue to address her as Mdm Secretary to make YOU think she had some RIGHT to them and some reason to make them public via a insecure server

the real criminals in this scenario work for the DOJ and their practices need to be scrutinized closely - and whomever is found guilty of giving her access to these docs, needs to be held accountable and tried for Treason and the DOJ be made secure ... because if the truth be known, it was the DOJ that was solely responsible for hillary getting access to those files in the first place
