--this thread is not about a zombie apocalypse or the devil or religion. it is about NWO and inner workings of the cabal and certain council---Ok, so most people have heard of the Tenth Man Strategy while watching World War Z. The movie had several luciferian NWO insights that were compelling even tho the film in itself was not all that great. Most NWO/luciferian researchers know that usually these types of films set their purpose to plant tiny little seeds of propaganda into the culture to indoctrinate target audiences. WWZ was no different. And, its piece about how Israel was the only country prepared for the apocalypse and had built a wall is the most profound seed in that film.
anyway...
The Tenth Man Strategy works like this. Where 9 men on a council agree on a plan of action, it is the 10th man who is responsible to deliberately disagree with it and formulate a plan against it. It doesn't matter how unlikely the plan is to actually happen. The idea is that one man is appointed 'devil's advocate' and launches his opposing campaign against such plan.
In the movie WWZ, the plot utilized the 10th man strategy by posing it this way. 9 men in Israel scoffed at the idea that a zombie apocalypse could take place so the 10th man jumps into action and formulates his strategy of protection and safety for just such a surprise event.
I find that to be extremely interesting. Twist that around to its opposite for the sake of the theory i'm posing in this thread. Put that into a mirror and what do you get? Because the elite have been concentrating their efforts at controlled opposition, upping the volume on that campaign for some time. They are literally planting shills posed as truthers and bringing compelling data to the table. And, i had been left scratching my head as to why this is. I mean, do they really want that much truth about what they are really up to coming to the surface? Is it really about making truthers look like nutjobs? It was that, but it is shifting into something else.
Wayyy too much truth is coming to the surface. Why?
It's the tenth man strategy. (they don't call it that tho. only the movie called it that. it's really called the Office of Devil's Advocate)
Do the elite cabal really have an Office of Devil's Advocate, and how does that play into current NWO strategy of mind control of the masses?
Here are a couple vids on the subject. I haven't been able to find much, so I'm throwing this up on the forum wall to see if you all can bring more to the table. I'm still researching so as I find things, I'll post em here.
I'm sure my haters will attempt to degrade the thread. Not sure I'm phased by that anymore.

The Tenth Man Strategy, Critical Thinking, and ZombiesBy Breanne Harris on October 15, 2013
In World War Z, there was only one country that was surprisingly well-prepared for the zombie apocalypse. Shortly before the zombie apocalypse virus started spreading, Isreal built a giant concrete wall to keep zombies out. That begs the question….how did they know?! Why were they the only country that was prepared for something that seemingly no one expected? They built the wall because of the Tenth Man Strategy.
As a way to stop being unprepared for surprises and tragedies, the leadership in Israel instituted the Tenth Man policy, where if 9 men agreed on something, then it was the responsibility of the 10th man to disagree and plan for that situation…no matter how unlikely it may seem. So, when Israel saw an email that talked about zombies, even though 9 men scoffed at how preposterous it seemed, it was the responsibility of the 10th man to take the possibility seriously and create a strategy around it. Hence, the wall.
This strategy isn’t particularly novel or extraordinary. After all, it is really just a formal way to avoid groupthink, but as we all get wrapped up in our day to day activities at work, how often do we really consider and prepare for the unlikely? Almost never.

Letter's from Israel's Intelligence ReformsThe staff in the devil’s advocate office is made up of extremely experienced and talented
officers who are known to have a creative, “outside the
box” way of thinking. Perhaps as important, they are
highly regarded by the analysts. As such, strong consideration is given to their conclusions and their memos
go directly to the office of the Director of Military Intelligence, as well as to all major decision makers. The
devil’s advocate office also proactively combats group
think and conventional wisdom by writing papers
that examine the possibility of a radical and negative
change occurring within the security environment.
This is done even when the defense establishment does
not think that such a development is likely, precisely
to explore alternative assumptions and worst-case scenarios.
While the devil’s advocate office is an institutional-
level safeguard against group think, there is also an
individual-level safeguard. The analysts themselves
are given venues for expressing alternate opinions.
Any analyst can author a “different opinion” memo in
which he or she can critique the conclusions of his or
her department. Senior officers do not criticize analysts who choose to write such memos.
