Two days before Honshu mag 9 there was a mag 7.2 foreshock followed by multiple mag 5's that peaked later that day.
Following day was relatively quiet then mag 9 hit the next day.

Probably just coincidence but thought it was worth a heads up as the aftershock activity is quite strong for the Georgia Islands 7.4
