[quote:Kirk:MV8zMzc0NjczXzYwMTQ0ODA1XzMwMDY3QTM=] [quote:Fear Not:MV8zMzc0NjczXzYwMTQzNzUyXzc2OTg3OUMx] I've been on this site for over 15 years (lurking, registered and paid off and on) and I've never been more angry with the replies to a post. That's a lot of history here and a lot of time to see red and have my blood boil. I've finally reached my tipping point. Fuck every anonymous poster in this thread who is criticizing this soldier and his family .They are mostly from countries dependent on our tax payer money and too weak to defend themselves or safe space needing fat US posters who will be the first to cry and beg for help when the shit hits the fan. I'd like to meet them all in person. It wouldn't end well for them I can assure you. And OBAMA received the Nobel Peace Prize????????
He sure did and before he did a thing, total disrespect for Alfred Nobel.
"An American soldier has died in northern Syria after being fatally wounded after an improvised explosive device went off, the US military's Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Thanksgiving Day.
The soldier succumbed to his wounds on Thursday after being wounded in an improvised explosive device blast in the town of Ain Issa, just 50 km (30 miles) north of Raqqah. No further details have been provided.
Responding to the death of the US soldier, Defense Secretary Ash Carter said that the death is “painful reminder of the dangers our men and women in uniform face around the world to keep us safe.”
Commander of the US-led coalition Lieutenant General Stephen Townsend called the soldier a “hero” as he sent condolences to family."
