Original Message It is critical for my emotional, physical and spiritual well-being to Find a Safe Place to just be me, to relax, and to express my deepest feelings. Where I value myself, I value finding a place that feels safe energetically and emotionally. If I don’t feel safe enough to be myself or express my feelings, I won’t be able to thrive emotionally, physically or spiritually.
