Original Message Why would their be a large population of Somalis in Wisconsin, a typically cold state during the winter months? Opposed to a more warmer state year round, like perhaps Nevada or South Carolina?

And if anyone could fill me in Id appreciate it, but are they in Wisconsin due to there own will or because of a past U.S. assistance program?

I mean Why Wisconsin? Is that not strange to anyone else?
