Thanks.  Ive never in my life been tidy and I have ADD.  Id really like to see if I still have ADD in a tidied up home.  Is it me or my clutter?

Decluttering and organizing would likely make a real difference for your ADD.  I'm extremely visual & a tad ADD/OCD- things being cluttered or visually distracted literally make it impossible for me to concentrate & can create agitation.
