[quote:Nefarious Libertine:MV8zNTE5MTU1XzYyODc0MjE0XzJCNDUwNkEw] [quote:Anonymous Coward 44415242:MV8zNTE5MTU1XzYyODY0NzI1XzRDQzQ4RUFF] [quote:Nefarious Libertine:MV8zNTE5MTU1XzYyODU4NTUyXzkzMTM5Q0ND] It's fucking hilarious that you can't show one fucking engine that links the first ICE to the modern versions of today without it being it's own separate stand alone design, but you know damn well that's the common ancestor they evolved from.
A person would have to be literally underpants on head levels of stupid to even for one second think that making a connection between a man-made, engineered, non-biological object and the biological development of organic organisms is anywhere near a logical argument or even sensible. Yet here we are...
It's hard trying to explain lines of progression to you sub hundred IQ imbeciles using analogies. It doesn't matter whether it's planes, cars, engines, or animals and plants. Everything has a line of progression. It doesn't matter whether that line was guided by engineers, designers,an omnipotent being, or fucking happenstance. I can look at 4 completely different car engines of today and say they are different from each other but have a lot of similarities with each other. I go back 40 years in time and can be shown 4 different engines than the modern ones and say they are completely different from each other but have a lot of similarities, further more I can say they have a lot of similarities to modern engines but since there are no modern engines in this time frame these must be a precursor to those. That is a reasonable deduction from the evidence. Evolution is the exact same way. I can look at a modern horse, donkey, zebra and say they are completely different from each other but have a lot of similarities. Go back in time and I can't find any fossils of those animals but I find these fossils as having a lot of similarities with the modern ones. It's a reasonable deduction to say that these were the fossils of a precursor. I have Christian friends that have no problem with evolution what so ever.I asked them why. Their reply was quite simple because no where in the bible does it say HOW god created the animals. How did he know that god didn't use evolution to create the animals on the planet. He didn't believe in chaos evolution but evolution by a guiding hand. I can give him credit at least for understanding the science of it instead of outright denial. That's why people are more and more falling out of faith because of religioustards rejection of science and critical thinking outright. Believing the earth is flat and and that it's only 6000 years old is just silly and most don't want to follow or be apart of such silliness. DGN doesn't post these evolution threads to preach or teach or to understand. His posts are full of arrogance and haughtiness, you can tell by his smug titles and arrogant replies. Maybe he should go and reread his holy book on those topics (proverbs would be a good start)and practice being a little more humble.
Just no missing links even suggesting any species ever turned into a different one, but science is heretical so just skip-ity- doo-duh over the gaps with your...
