It's not, actually.

It doesn't matter what he's accused of. Only that there are accusations.

They are designed to create fear, uncertainty and doubt.

That has been accomplished.

It undermines Trumps ability to govern.

It's a shell game.

A question was raised by the defeated left. Then, according to plan, it was crafted into a nebulous accusation without any foundation.

They threw a slew of accusations at Trump: racism, fascism, sexism.

The "Russia colluded with Trump to steal the election from Hillary" one stuck.

To a lesser degree, the others stuck as well. But this one is at the top of the "Never Trump" pile of manure because along with it comes tangible threats to Trumps ability to govern.

And they DO NOT WANT HIM TO GOVERN.
