Original Message I've finished no I can reliably cause individuals harm they esoteric means. Invariably these people "deserve" it, they're inflicting harm themselves in different ways and to different people. Sometimes I can say what happens, but usually it's just a matter of to who. I requires effort and energy, and isn't something I do willy-nilly. However, if I go a long period of time without harming someone, the desire to do so will build and I will eventually target someone who I feel is a wrong-doer in their own right. If I can actually do these things, is it wrong to?
