Car Insurance (3 vehicles full coverage) 350.00 a month. Food Costs $ 300.00 a month. House payment $ 450.00 a month. House Insurance $160.00 a Month. Medical Expenses $200.00 a month. Car Payments $400.00 a month for 2 vehicles Misc expenses $200.00 a month. Medical Insurance $200.00 a month family coverage. It takes every single penny me and my wife earn paying those expenses, and I we are living paycheck to paycheck. My wife earns maybe 1/2th of my income. I didn't include other expenses such as clothing expences, cellphones, etc.
I'll play Electricity - 252.00 a month. Car Insurance (3 vehicles full coverage) 300.00 a month. No, unlike you brother-in-law, I pay more than my share. There are 16 of us total on the land with 9 tiny houses. We split all expenses. However, there are 2 out of the clan that freeload. :huffy:
wow. that's exactly the kind of setup i've contemplated for me and my wife's family. i just never knew it was something others did. i would love more info if you can point me in the right direction.
My husband is Hawaiian and that's just their way. As a family grows, so do the little Ohana (family) shacks. They usually begin is very basic satellite bedrooms. We raised the the roof on ours, added a loft, real windows, electricity and a huge porch. Family takes care of family. :grouphug:
