Original Message Anyone else suffer with this crap?

Payment date set for auto payment say $50 on the 20th of the month to an out of home branch account.

Payment clears! Yay!

2nd payment for exact same amount withdrawn from bank account the next day which clears too ... ? .... then yet another payment for the exact same amount posts and clears on that day. Now you've paid 3 payments! ...

If I missed a payment they would spike my interest rate and negative report to credit agency.

What can the customer do? Pay in full and or swap credit providers only recourse? Second time in 6 months these guys have done it.

Take our cash (me or thousands of clients?) .... hold it for a day to five, then return it. Meanwhile they make interest on the money they held for the week.
