Original Message I put an old workout DVD on yesterday. Not put it on for about a year so only did about half an hour.

Put it on again today and did an hour, still not completed it, but wanted to tone up and lose some weight.

Anyway some time after the tears come and i've not stopped crying.

Just been reading on the internet it can trigger energy release.

Any one else had this?

I'm really shocked actually its never happened before
