Original Message As the title says. The number of participants will be between 20 - 30 all in all, however some of us will be able to cluster together in small groups which possibly could reduce the technical software requirements to video-com between 5-15 nodes.

It is not possible for us to meet in person, needless to say. We need reasonably smooth video (15 fps minimum) and first and foremost very good voice comm between the nodes, full duplex.

Does anyone of my GLP friends have any ideas here? This is not for business purposes so there are no budget for it, just standard webcams, headsets etc as technical base line. Minor investments in specific hardware or software can be accepted if necessary.

Following from this general requirements specification, we also would like the have some advice also for an inexpensive conference microphone since we will be communicating also in small clusters of two-five persons at some nodes.

All ideas are very welcome for a systems setup and good components that might work here!
