Original Message I know a lot of you old timers will resent this. But when It comes to white collar jobs millennial’s are capable of working faster. I am a millennial who owns two business and I will typically higher a millennial over Gen x here’s why:
95% of millennials have basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
We were raised on technology and troubleshooting therefore can solve basic problems in our workspace much quicker. We know how to save files and email. We know how to save pictures , We know how to lean on technology for support where as the older generation does not. I apologize if this offends anyone but it is the fact of the matter. Millennials are much more qualified in terms of using technology in work. Let the haters start hating. They work faster and can therefore accomplish more. Obviously there are exceptions to this but we are talking the majority.
