So I understand that protein is broken down into exams when consumed by the body. Fruit has no protein in it it has nothing but carbohydrates. I was wondering if the body digests fruit; are the digested carbohydrates Synthesized into enzymes? I was wondering if enzymes what is the proper term or if protein was more proper.
