Who is they? who knows? maybe if you search "311 Japan conspiracy" you will find the answers, but only until they attack fake news full force which is happening in france and brazil now. Funny how the most elitist culture ,francais, is first to lead the charge in evil doings, from climate control to news control, to immigrational appropriations. It comes as no surprise that the french have built up a reputation of always surrendering during war and being losers; it's probably because the opposite is true and they are well versed at unconventional warfare
also, theres a lie in the media saying the tsunami was traveling 500-700 miles per hour, but if you look at this video titles on youtube: "tsunami climbing: incredible video of ship heading into wave in japan" you can clearly see that theres no way the wave is traveling above 100 miles per hour.
