Was it a spook on a hit job?

Roy McClellan died Nov. 17 while hitchhiking on State Route 160 in Pahrump, about 50 miles west of Las Vegas.

Authorities found the car involved in the crash and charges against the driver are pending, KSNV reported.
McClellan is not the only survivor of the Las Vegas massacre who has died in the past week.
