Original Message The U.S. military launched airstrikes on Syrian government-backed troops Wednesday after as many as 500 attackers began what a U.S. military official said appeared to be a co-ordinated assault on Syrian opposition forces accompanied by U.S. advisers in Deir el-Zour Province.

The official said the strikes were in self-defence after the pro-government forces began firing artillery and tank rounds at the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). About 100 of the attackers were killed, the official said.

Anyone else see the hypocrisy? It was bad for Obama to bomb Assad's forces but it's ok if Trump does it...Notice how most Trumpers are silent about this recent illegal strike on forces fighting ISIS...
