Original Message 20 inch gas line hit by construction crew in the area of HWY 163 and Friars Rd. All homes,businesses,etc in 2 mile radius mandatory evacuation. Cannot even start cars as it might cause explosion. Update --fire says evacuation area is 1/2 mile radius
