Me personally I feel lighter and more energetic on a vegetarian diet . When I eat meat it makes me feel lethargic . Everyone’s body is different . We are conditioned at a young age . We become addicted so to speak to meat. Not everyone is called to be vegetarian but lumping then all into one category isn’t nice . We are all not pompous assholes.
