I was listening to a podcast by Clyde Lewis tonight and he was talking about the psycho-electronic, non-lethal weapons like forced orgasm that DARPA has been experimenting with and using on people as part of their "remote mind control" program.

It was pretty interesting and will probably get even worse with 5G through our phones.
