The only person this can be with those three credentials is Stefan Halper: age 73. Halper graduated from Stanford University in 1967 and gained a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Oxford (1971) and the University of Cambridge (2004).

Many have figured this out already, but it is nice that Rush is getting this out mainstream.
