[quote:Anonymous Coward 83130671:MV8zODQ2ODAyXzk1Njk3MTA1XzlERThBMTBE] Been there OP. Sometimes stalls just happen, but more often than not, you're getting more calories than you think. Alcohol is 7cal per 1g, also messes with your hormones and digestion. = slower BMR.alchohol also butchers your sleep (you won't notice it, but the sleep you DO get wont be worth shit) which is pivotal for weight management and general proper function. I've also been there, drank every day for a couple years.. Quitting was the best decision of my life, but that's a different story. If you're average size and weight, you won't lose much with what you're doing. One pound of fat is 3500 cals. At a 300 calorie deficit, that's 11 days for 1 lb. More than likely a month just to notice a small amount of fat loss. Ideally, if you want to lose weight, (you should be healthy and should quit drinking or start seriously considering the negative impact on your life) you'll have to create a bigger gap in calories in Vs calories out. Cardio and strength training on a routine basis, a good refeed day and reset with a 24hr fast or two, and absolutely no food combined with alcohol. Final notes: I used to weigh 260 at 5'7, was an alcoholic for 2 years.. Now a former nasm trainer, been in stints of keto more times than I can count, 190lbs 5'8, 15%bf,best shape of my life. It's also worth noting that keto isn't the only option, nor the most efficient. See biolayne on YouTube (PhD and pro strength athlete) the science and studies say it all boils down to calories in Vs calories out. Good luck OP, I hope you climb out of that hole as unscathed (Thank God) as I did [/quote]

I lost 34 lbs in 2 months 1 week. Was doing low carb at first switched to keto. I have cheat days once week pizza beer etc.
I also drink liquor 5 nights a week doesn't effect my keto strips.
One day um in ketosis one day not.
Dropped 7 lbs in 13 days was in complete ketosis I use the strips.
I get stuck frequently in weight loss stalling.
I eat once meal a day now doing OMAD internment fasting.
Why am I dropping so slow ?
Is it the alcohol?
Cause days I don't drink I gain a lb.
Days I do I lose or keep steady.
My appetite is GONE.
Onky EAT about 600 calz a day one meal a day you would think I'd drop faster !
Alcohol vodka probably aboout 800 to 1000 calz per day
What can I do ? I want to drop quick !
I eat meats eggs some cheese . Bullet proof coffee daily
