Ok, no boner jokes.
Its really delicious. I boiled some beef bones with carrots, celery, garlic, onion salt and pepper for about 5 hours on low simmer. Strained everything out and have the broth. I've been substituting 2 meals a day with it. Have lost 7 lbs so far in 7 days.
You can use beef, chicken, fish, lamb, etc.
Anybody else tried this?
