Original Message I got a tea infuser pitcher as gift and I love it.....

This tea has changed my life.....

I put the Yerba Mate tea bags in the pitcher and handful of raspberries and thats it!!!!

You wait at least 12 hours and I leave mine on the counter at least 2 hours before I put it in the refridgerator....

This tea is really good its really refreshing and helps with Urination, Digestion, Energy, and Sleep....

I drink this before I go to bed and sleep like a baby...

I have noticed my immune system is working so much better just after drinking it for 7 days!!!!

The trick is DONT HEAT THE TEA!!!!! This cooks out all the nutrients and energetic effects!!!!
