Assuming McCain comes in to vote for Kavenaugh... You need Collins, Paul, and Murkowski to all vote against Kavenaugh with NO DEMOCRATS voting for him? Kavenaugh is a sure thing.
Pressure has to be put on them to vote against Deep State Kavanaugh. This guy's a piece of shit going back to Bush 1.
The cult of Trump can't handle this kind of cognitive dissonance. They will do will nothing about this except twist the truth and hope for the best.
Original Message
Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., praised federal appeals court Judge Brett Kavanaugh after his nomination Monday evening to the Supreme Court as someone with "impeccable credentials" and who is a "fair, mainstream judge."
“In selecting Judge Brett Kavanaugh to fill the vacancy left by Justice Kennedy, President Trump has chosen a nominee with impeccable credentials and a strong record of upholding the Constitution," McCain said in a statement.

I bet McCain will make a point of voting on Kavanaugh now. The dreams of Kavanaugh not being confirmed just went out the window.
