I live in a multi-unit building circa 1930s.
The building's phone cabinet is right outside my door (basement).
I am having problems with the janitor who has access to technical people. He also knows bent cops.
When I try to call either of my two lawyers on my landline, I get a sound like a busy signal.
I have not blocked these numbers nor have these numbers blocked me.
Verizon has not been able to help.
Does anyone know how my phone is being blocked from my calling my lawyers or how to resolve this? Is there a work-around?
