Original Message Only those holding military rank are permitted to use their former military title... NOT former bureaucrats, judges, lawyers, ambassadors, politicians, etc... They aren't fucking royals. It's NOT a title they can use after they are ousted from the position.

Even calling them "former" whatever's is not kosher in this particular constitutional arrangement.
