Run away bride The Dad sure seems sure she’s with someone she knows
The crimesolver site makes much fodder from Dad's addressing Mollie (?) as 'pie'. Stuff like, "We are going to find you, pie", "We will bring you back, pie" Obviously (to me), he's using an intimate nickname for his daughter. Others are more crass, and unhelpful, in their own theories. Yet, it is possible that 'pie' is some kind of signal, or bi-word with special meaning to a certain party. Maybe Mollie herself, maybe her captor(s)? Just throwing that out there.
Must be a nickname. This woman is a cousin or an aunt. She has photos of her and Mollie together and refers to Mollie as a member of "our family." On Facebook a few days ago: Nicole Eaton Mikluscak to Mollie Tibbetts August 4 at 11:44 PM · Hi Pie. I love you.
Ya, I think it’s just a family nickname. Maybe LE told him to float that out there.
Original Message
I’m headed to work right now, so I will add more to this later. However something stinks. I just was watching the press conference with the parents.
Not only did neither of them not show any emotion whatsoever, which is possible if they are in shock, still strange, but they were way too structured, and lacking any empathy whatsoever on camera. They also kept praising the media , Making sure people knew they thought the media was incredible.
Does anybody else find that strange? I will get back on here for the discussion in about an hour, just want to hear your thoughts.
Thanks!
Ps, I would be inconsolable if my child were missing. And again, people react differently to stressful situations but this just seems odd to me.
Be back soon!
