Original Message So I received a letter stating I got a ticket for traffic violations in 2003. The letter is from a debt collector. The letter stated that this was there 2nd attempt in contacting me regarding the bill. Also stating that if I don’t pay it my license could be suspended or warrant issued. How is this possible when I don’t know anything about this??!! That was 15 years ago. I don’t remember anything like this. Would a city issue a third party bill collector to demand a payment. Sorry if these seems ignorant but I was just curious to know if this is true. Any thought
