As far as your last sentence, I think the most likely and convincing cause of death is Hillary.  She's got the track record and even old Occam would have to agree.   She's the simplest answer.

I'm not disputing your right to your opinion, Scottfree. Would be interesting to hear in detail how you believe the crash was sabotaged in a way that was undetectable. NTSB investigators are pretty darn good sleuths.
